Professional Background

2003 — 2007
First Generation College Graduate
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Integrated Design from Parsons School of Design, with concentrations in design management and communications design.
2007 — 2016
Textile Designer
I started my career in fashion, specializing in textile designs for renowned companies such as Oscar De La Renta, Tom Ford, and Vera Wang.
2016 —  2019
Graphic Designer
I joined David’s Bridal as a graphic designer, responsible for developing digital and printed materials for its licensing brands. During my time there, I learned about the role of UX design, which inspired me to transition into a user experience designer.
2019 — 2020
UX/UI Design Certification
I advanced my skills as a digital product designer after completing a six-month intensive UX/UI Certification program at Flatiron School.
2020 — 2024
Senior Product Designer
I have spent the past four years honing my skills as a product design lead, working on long-term contracts on digital experiences for healthcare and hospitality services.
